The service may be reimbursed by your private health fund, please check with your health fund for rebate amounts.

Terms and Conditions

Price includes consult, x-rays and porcelain fused to metal crown(s), with $50 upgrade to full ceramic crown(s).
This offer is for posterior teeth Dental Crowns only and excludes implants.
It may be required to perform additional dental treatments such as root canals, rebuilding tooth structure, gingivectomy and crown lengthening before the crowns are placed.
Treatment is subject to consolation and clinical assessment, which includes X-Rays. The consult and X-Rays cost ($100) will be charged if the dentist deems the patient unsuitable or advises against the procedure.
